There are three apartment buildings in this block, and the grass in their yard is two feet tall. They use to belong to Elkins, maybe still do.

Residents who live directly across the street from the complex (321 E. 14th St.) are dumping their trash in the dumpster located to the north side of the complex. Ms. Sadler stated that she called the Police Dept. and they referred her to HAND.
Illegal dumping
flowers planted by the telephone pole and can't see pulling out at Lincoln & 16th
This complaint was left on voice mail by Becci Brock, Risk Management Dept. She received a phone call from a citizen that stated there is a line of sight problem in the east/west alley between 15th/16th Streets as you come out onto Dunn Street. The alley is overgrown with bushes and shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic. She did not state which corner had the problem.
When you are going east on 14th Street and are approaching Dunn Street, there is a bush that is obstructing the line of sight. The bush is located on the southwest corner.
Intersection of 17th & Lincoln (southside she believes) there are tree limbs hanging down into the sidewalk and blocking view for pulling out onto street. Believes tree belongs to apartment complex.
WANT SEWER LATERAL LOCATED AFTER HE INSTALLS A SNAKE
A brown car has been sitting across the street from her since the weekend of the Little 500. It has never been moved since then.
She has rats in her unit(this is being addressed via a rental complaint) and want inspector to check neighboring lots for trash or possible other food sources. They are keeping all of their trash picked up but worried others in the area may not be doing the same.
