Tree limbs and shrubs blocking the sidewalk. Its causing pedestrians to go around the obstruction and into the streets.

Dumpster placement at above property approved by Planning. Complainant wants to file a formal complaint because dumpster is placed in the City right-of-way. Engineering marked ROW last month; this dumpster, along with some parking spaces, is certainly on City property.
