Phone Call: Dumpster placement at above property approved by Planning. Complainant wants to file a formal complaint because dumpster is placed in the City right-of-way. Engineering marked ROW last month; this dumpster, along with some parking spaces, is certainly on City property.

Checked out site of complaint. Dumpster appears to be encroaching in the right of way. Cannot tell without exact measurement. Engineering will be contacted to perform a ROW measurement. No ROW measurement yet. Complaint has been referred to Penny in Public Works, who has dealt with this issue before and will follow it up now. Planning Department is no longer involved in the situation.
