DB--valid trash is piled up beside dumpster. Called Phyllis at Parker Mgmt. She says she has been calling Jamax on a daily basis. She will call them again. Called Friel and left msg. on answering machine. This is worse today than yesterday. Sent T6 to owner in Texas copied Parker Mgmt. This was cleaned up in about 3 days.
