Working with Penny Howard to determine why and when they were allowed to have a private hauler, and what to do about this problem area. Photo. Yesterday spoke w/agent Jeanne Walters and one of her employees who is familiar with this property. Discussed getting rid of enclosure, going to city pickup. Today spoke w/owner, who sounded supportive of this. He says Jeanne is to get back with him in a couple days with a plan.
