Vacant lot across from 916 S. Morton is very overgrown and homeless are living there, caller stated that she has been approched several times while out in her yard. Caller also stated that there are small trees growing along rail road tracks and weeds are overgrown and she would like those mowed down because the homeless will live there after it gets taller.
Emily left a message on voice mail that states that there is a dumpster behind the Salvation Army is overflowing and the trash has not been collected in awhile.
Tall Grass, pile of junk in driveway and it is covered with a tarp.
Overgrown grass at rear of the property. The utility strip between Dodds and Wylie St. has not been mowed.
This is the last house on the right where Madison Street dead ends into the parking lot. There is quite a bit of old siding and brush laying in the yard and into the street. The citizen stated that you could not miss the mess as you go south on Madison.
Trash everywhere; van blocking the alley; person living in a camper using electricity with extension cords.
There is a wall that is falling down. Some of the wall has fallen onto the sidewalk.
the house at 923 S. Rogers St. has sewer coming out of the clean out in the alley.
GOT A CALL FROM CITY UTILITIES, THEY RECV'D A REPORT THAT THE SEWER AT 917 S. ROGERS IS BURPING AND BACKING UP. UTILITIES WENT OUT AND THEY SAID IT IS NOT THIERS.
