There is a kitchen stove sitting in the front yard for 3 weeks.

There are always cars parked in the yard. Renters drive through the yard to the alley which has now made a road in the yard.
Grass needs mowed.
Pile of 12 untagged trash bags at the edge of the yard. Complaintant says these residents are an ongoing problem.
The renters at 424 and 426 S. Hawthorne continually leave their trash containers out all week long. He has complained before and things got better last year, but they are doing it again EVERY WEEK. Please call Mr. Hogel with about all action.
The apartment building beside 401 W. Cottage Grove has trash/beer bottles under the balcony. They are throwing the cans/bottles in the yards next door.

Citizen says he was traveling north on N Old SR 37 towards Dolan. Says he was in a passing zone attempting to pass a white and blue sanitation truck. Says the truck swerved over into his lane and ran him off the road causing a flat tire and bent rim. Said he was attempting to pass 3 vehicles and sanitation truck was in the middle. Wants City to repair his vehicle.
CONSTANCE AND ROBERT CLIFTON STATED THAT THEY CALLED CBU CONTROL AT 8:45 P.M. ON AUG. 28TH AND AT 6:30 A.M. ON AUG. 29TH TO REPORT A PROBLEM TO ANIMAL CONTROL. (THE ANIMAL CONTROL DEPT. PHONES ARE ANSWERED BY UTILITIES DURING OFF HOURS.) THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM ANIMAL CONTROL AND DIDN'T THINK THAT UTILITIES CONTROL REPORTED THE CALL.
Ms. Rush called re. a bad taste in her water. She says the water has a "quinine" taste and has for about a week. Work was done on the street in front of her house, and she felt that this was due to that.
