Trash, garbage, refuse is scattered around outside the rental property in full view. Weeds and grass are tall and unsightly.
Tall weeds and grass unsightly. Unsightly dirty furniture in public view. Window screens scattered around yard. Weeds growing on roof. The rental residence appears to be abandoned.
The Utilities Dept. received a complaint that the grass has not been mowed. He believes that it is the City's responsibility.
There are approx. 10-12 bags of trash (untagged) piled up, becoming an extreme eyesore.
Citizen reportes that at 510 S Lincoln the residents have several trash cans setting along side the house that is never put out for pick up and the cans are overflowing. Citizen believes that the trash poses a health haz. for the neighborhood and are unsightly to look at. Citizen gave the address at 510 S. Linc. on west side of street, gray house
Grass has not been cut, especially in the back yard. Ms. Clark said that the house has been vacant for approx. 6 weeks.
The house accross the street from 1502 South College has tall grass that needs to be cut.
Ms Elvsaas stated that the trash can has been out for more than a month and is full of trash. (LL reviewed the trash notices for this address. there are several notices that have been left by sanit. that the can exceeds the weight limit and on several occasions has not had the stickers attached)
Tenants leave recycling bins out all the time. Neighbor pulled the recycling bins out of the street. Property very unkept.
