At the end of the property (3536 Bainbridge) the bushes have overgrown onto the street; trash and limbs under the bushes.

They never pick up their trash cans. they leave them sit out too long evey week.
There is trash over the yard. this man is old and might need help with cleaning up the trash.
There is a non-plated pick-up truck in the drive way full of trash. There patio has trash on it also.
THere is a large amount of trash blowing down Southdowns. It's clogging up the ditch. Please call here back w/ results
Tenants have been storing trash in the back yard (next to the woods) for at least three months.

Blue car parked on the street has flat tires and has not moved for 3 months. (MJR, I called BPD and reported this. You should check in a week or so to see if it's gone.sj)
Continuous trash problem in this neighborhood. Residents at 1006 S. Palmer have a pile of newspapers in the front lawn; 417 E. Allen--residents set their trash out on Saturday, but trash pickup is not until Friday. 1012 S. Palmer--residents never take their trash can in after pickup. Mr. Livingston would like inspector to keep an eye on this neighborhood regarding trash.
Resident living in Apt. #1 reports a huge pile of trash in front of 607 E. 2nd St. She says that the trash belongs to residents living in Apt. #4. Owner needs to have a private hauler, since there are four units here.
