The dumpster behind the Japanese Restaurant at 8th & Walnut Street is overflowing. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Trash is blowing everywhere and there are dead rats laying around.

We have received a complaint (Mary Frazier, 349-3100) that it is difficult to pull out of the old Monroe County Bank parking lot on E 4th Street. The lot is on the North side of 4th in the 300 block, just East of the alley and now owned by Old National Bank. As you can see, the curbs are only painted back a few feet from the exit. Would it be possible to have the curbs painted back 15 feet to the East of the lot?

Evelyn said at E 4th ST and Clark there is an overgrown bush that is blocking the view for cars. She also mentioned a pile of dead tree limbs but I'm not sure if its at the same location or not.
