Was told this AM (5/15/87) by construction person to move her car from the meter. He needed the space for equipment.

8TH & ADAMS STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT: HALL STATES THAT THE SIDEWALK IS SPALDING VERY BADLY. HE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SOMEONE FROM THE CITY COME AND WALK THE SITE WITH HIM. HALL STATES THAT THIS IS "THE WORST JOB HE HAS EVER SEEN".
