Ms. Bates watched the leaf removal crew and was upset by the fact that it took 7 or 8 people to run 2 or 3 trucks. The collection process was not efficient at all. Too many employees were standing around and no work was being done.
Citizen says recyclables were not picked up this morning, and there are always a few small bags left in his trash can. Does not want a call back, just wanted to register complaint.

This is a duplex. Sewage has been backing up into the apartments on a regular basis (every month) for several months. Maintenance men (not plumbers) come and fix it temporarily, but then it backs up again shortly thereafter. Scheduled inspection for 11/25 @ 4:00pm
CUSTOMER SAID THE WATER TASTES AND SMELLS SO BAD - THEY HAVE NOT DRANK IT FOR 3 DAYS.
