sidewalk is blocked by debris- branches & stuff
Large dead evergreen tree full of vines falling into sidewalk from commercial property at or near 109 E. Allen which faces Mrs. Geiger's front yard. (John Hewett will drive by and check 7/18/00).
There is a tree growing back at the alley with limbs hanging down far enough to scratch vehicles as they drive by. Several residents use this alley to get to their homes.
Caller states there is a bush that is growing into the sidewalk blocking about half of it. She walks her daughter to school this way.
There is a broken down SUV in the alley. The window is broken out of it.
A lady called and said that the alley behind this address is overgrown with weeds and tree limbs which hits/scratch cars and people as they drive by.
