stated that the people who live at 1402 S. Washington St have been leaving a large amount of trash out over the past few weeks.

Citizen called in a stated that there is approx. 12 bags of trash in front of this house, no stickers and the residents just keep adding to the pile. Trash has been out for over 3 weeks. Santitation has left notices for no stickers
