The tenants at 203 E. 10th Street had a dumpster to put their trash in. The dumpster is now gone and the tenants are piling their trash in the alleyway which is being tracked into the yards of the adjoining properties. The smell from the trash is becoming intolerable.
Dumpster placement at above property approved by Planning. Complainant wants to file a formal complaint because dumpster is placed in the City right-of-way. Engineering marked ROW last month; this dumpster, along with some parking spaces, is certainly on City property.

Mattress and bags of trash next to dumpster, this has been this way for a few weeks.

Alley behind 203 or 205 the complainant says it has piles of trash piled up.
There are bags of trash located at the above property. (Complaintant was not 100% sure of the address, it could be a different house) The bags are now flowing into the alley and cats have been going through the trash.
