Says trash crews always throw her cans across the yard and do this down the whole street. Understands they have a lot to do, but thinks they could be more careful in replacing the cans after emptying.

Apartment building "Fairview Terrace" has an open dumpster located approx. 20 feet from Ms Richardson's front door. It smells terrible and should be moved.
There is a pick-up truck full of trash. The yard is full of trash and there is dead limbs in the backyard.
