This is the 2nd week in a row his trash has been missed. He wonders why, is he doing something wrong. he has 45 & 55 gal can setting out for pick up; has been given 3 courtesy dumps by crew; they left notices for resident. he chose not to comply so they left trash after 3 attempts

Problem is actually a Billiard on the square. Trash and bottles are in the alley behind the business where thr delivery trucks are.

The owner of a local Bloomington business made a complaint about a sign at the Q billiard hall. It's out front sitting on the ground on the sidewalk. It is electric and says 1$ Beer. It is thought to be taking away from surrounding business.
