Mr. Riggins called to say he spotted an oversized white van w/City logo - woman driver (Kid City van) @ 1st and Lincoln driving West on 1st St. It was raining and the roads were slick. Driver rolled through stop sign or skidded, but didn't come close to a full stop.
9th St. Tennis Courts - called to ask about better maintenance of the tennis course. Only one net up and many cracks in the court.

Headley Road - on curve near the back entrance to the IU Foundation. Previous owner used to keep pine trees cut back, new owner has let them get overgrown. Pines are close to the road and are hanging in and over roadway, making curve dangerous.

Last month did not receive cable guide; subscriber called Insight and was told the guide had been replaced with a scrolling guide on channel 58. Noticed on bill he had paid $1.50 instead of $1.00 - was told he would be refunded on November's bill. He has been a cable customer since 1987, and he is disappointed with Insight.
He has Starz/Encore/HBO that he pays around $53.00 for. As part of this he receives channels 14 & 34. Channel 34 is not very clear. Upon calling Insight they informed him that these 2 channels would be switching to 78 & 77 and he would need to have a pay box to get the channels. The pay box is an additional $4.00 extra a month. Kathy has two children in tennis lessons. Babysitter transports children to lessons (20 min. drive). On two different occasions she called the hotline and was told the lessons were on. When they arrived, the lessons had been cancelled. Also, children were given "verbal" notice of a makeup practice. Would appreciate a written note.
