Citizen reportes that at 510 S Lincoln the residents have several trash cans setting along side the house that is never put out for pick up and the cans are overflowing. Citizen believes that the trash poses a health haz. for the neighborhood and are unsightly to look at. Citizen gave the address at 510 S. Linc. on west side of street, gray house
There is trash everywhere. 4 barrells are never emptied and there is even trash coming out of the shed.
NW corner of Walnut and 2nd St. (old Glass Shop) building has been vacant for some time. Weeds and trash accumulating. Received complaint via Penny, Public Works.
At 1008 or 1012 W. Kirkwood Ave. there is a truck full of trash by the alley. The gargae is still horrible.

Ms. Kincaid owns two rental properties at 1007 and 1009 W 1st Street. Ms. Kincaid stated that the tenants can not see when backing out fo the driveway due to the weeds. Ms. Kincaid stated that some of the weeds are 6 feet tall.
