Citizen complained of the alley grade, in front of his building, being raised up after the development of the property accross the street. The result of which has the storm water pooling in his parking areas, as high as 16" deep. The complaintant is asking for a relief for this problem.

The area on Moores Pike near Bittner Woods is dangerous. People travel too fast, especially heading west before you get to the hill. Signs should be put up with a 20 or 25 mph speed limit before someone gets killed!

Mr. Tarter had info. to pass on to a detective reg. a crime and says the dispatch office was rude to him when he was trying to help. Tarter continued to call and put through to the same recording and says after the third time the dispatcher, who refused to give his name, called him an "idiot." Tarter then wanted to speak to the dispatch supervisor who denied that the rude behavior took place and told him he would have to speak with Chief Kennedy.

This is a duplex. Sewage has been backing up into the apartments on a regular basis (every month) for several months. Maintenance men (not plumbers) come and fix it temporarily, but then it backs up again shortly thereafter. Scheduled inspection for 11/25 @ 4:00pm
