Harmony School's trash/recycling area is not screened. There is usually some trash/litter scattered. She would like someone to talk to the school about keeping it cleaned up. Also, wanders if this area has to be screened with a gate or not.

notice left/ other/was left notice trash would no longer be picked up because of no lid - she says the guys threw it in his truck last time & that why she doesn't have lid.
No notice/ picked up one container but no the others - has sticker attached.
4 large trash bags with ticket attached left by side of the road since Friday. Animals into the bags.
