Stopped by twice this week; trash area is fine, but it is Spring Break. There is no enclosure for the two dumpsters there. I will monitor it once school starts up and talk with the school if necessary.
Spoke w/Kathy Phillips (complainant) on 4/4/06. Clarified area she was talking about: Harmony's recycling area on Hunter. Spoke w/ Harmony personnel today. Enclosure is temporary and will be moved hopefully in the summer. Renovations are not complete. They would try to work on the door, which is open often, allowing trash to blow out; and were willing to look at locking the door so that neighbors do not use the area for trash. Will continue to monitor.
