Received copy of letter that Elm Heights neighbors sent to Harmony School regarding the property surrounding the school. Issued ticket for trash, yard waste. Spoke with Libby Gwinn by phone. She told me the barrels are gone, the brush pile will be mostly gone soon and the recycling will be moved to the shed within the week. She sent me a copy of the reply they sent to the Elm Heights people, which outlined their plans for the garden area. One thing the letter said was that they would always maintain a brush pile, as a wildlife habitat. Will continue to monitor.
