The house directly behind Woodward Insurance has dumped a sofa, carpet, etc. in the alley. The dumpster is almost out in the alley. The alley runs east and west between Lincoln and Grant Streets.
Missed pick-up/yard waste: Collected other yard waste but did not collect the residents yard waste/plastic garbage can with a yard waste sticker on it.
