Received an anonymous voice mail in ESD with a phone # 317-468-3545. He is complaining of a potential business going in at this address where there are tents & smokers in the back. Mrs. Myers called on behalf of her son, Joe Myers, because the alley-way running from Rogers St. east -west near the Rogers St. fire station needs to be paved. She wants the Street department to have more money so that they can pave her alley sooner than the fall of 1999, when Bobby Chestnut told her it would be paved.

Mr. Madsen called to express his concern about the efficiency of tax money on the sidewalk sweeper the City just purchased. He believes the City merchants should sweep their own sidewalks, and in the winter should shovel their own walks to better promote people to use the dowtown area. This was just a general complaint to voice his concern.
