The owners of Kilroy's (Bill & Linda Prall) have Rumpke dumpsters blocking a portion of the alley, there is also a backhoe in the alley as well as other trucks. Kathy stated that they would try talking to the owner before "filing" complaint.
Ms. Epperson called to see if City cld. cut down large branches from trees that are restricting use of her driveway. Also, she noted there are electrical wires & telephone lines that the branches "knock" into, presenting a hazard to herself & others in area. Received an anonymous voice mail in ESD with a phone # 317-468-3545. He is complaining of a potential business going in at this address where there are tents & smokers in the back. His main complaint is the smoke generating from this location is annoying to the neighbors. Reported written by Susan Coates.
GRAVEL AND UTILITY TRUCKS ARE LEFT ON THIS STREET WHEN THE CREW ISN'T WORKING HERE. THE GRAVEL DUST CAUSES A MESS. HER CAR IS DIRTY, AND SHE CAN'T OPEN HER WINDOWS BECAUSE IT GETS HER HOUSE DIRTY.

Mr. Sutherland is frustrated and perplexed, that the City has the nerve to take on so many construction projects at one time, especially when all the students are back in town. He had to detour 4 different times just to get to work on the west side of town. He thinks this is very poor planning on the part of the City, and he'd like to know how all of this construction can be scheduled to take place at the same time?
