If you turn into the Sherwood Oaks addition off of Henderson you will see "For Sale" and arrow signs in the right-of-way. There were four obvious signs on Allendale/Bainbridge.
The house is empty and the neighbors have been mowing the yard -- at least the front yard. It has been 3 wks since they have done it and they don't want to mess with it any more. The BACKYARD is a mess. 02

Leaving trash on patio at back of house -- now 2 weeks' worth of trash. Caller did not indicate Kennedy Ct. or Dr.
caller complained that siding did not go down to grade on two new houses at 1038 Azalea and 1013 Chris Lane. Caller also complained that developer needs to put in sidewalk per requirement
The grass needs to be cut. The property is vacant.
