Caller said there are stolen street signs on this front porch.
There is a HUGE dead tree and the dead limbs are falling on 1010 E. Maxwell property and are going to cause injury to the tenants living here, with small children.
Buskirk Chumley has requested that low hanging branches in front of the theater, 100 East Kirkwood, be trimmed. Branches are currently interfering with buses parking for events.
Oliver Frye owns and lives in 101 w pinewood. He has given permission to go onto his property. The property next to his garage (2942 s walnut) has a dumpter over a storm drain and it get clogged up with trash when it rains. 2942 is owned by Chris Bomba. The drain is behind Mr. Frye's garage.
tree that is in the easement is very over grown and hangs over the sidewalk and the street. you have to drive around the tree to keep from scratching your car. the house also has very very high bushes in the front of the house.
She feels that there is a lack of police presence when it comes to theft. She is upset with how they delt with her daughter's situation and that something should be done. SEE ATTACHED EMAIL.
9th Street Park: Says there is dog poop all over the park - she is tired of cleaning it off her kids shoes. So upset over this, she has talked to dog owners who don't pick up - showed them the disposal areas, etc. Was told today "it is better I let him poop here rather than in someone's yard." Wants to know if anything can be done to these rude people.
Mr. Frye called on 2/19/99 and talked to Margaret Dalle-Ave. He complained that he had no storm drain, sidewalks, or street light.
Customer's account is listed under wife's last name: " Customer said meter reader advised him his meter which normally shows around 6000 gal use per month was 18,000 gal for this past month. Customer says he has no leaks and has had no leaks.
