Complaint of buckling sidewalk outside of 1119 E. Benson Ct., right next to a fire hydrant. Kids are using sidewalk as a ramp and there is a safety concern they could possibly ramp off and injure themselves on fire hydrant.
Complaint of missing street sign at the corner of E. High St. and E. Wimbleton Lane.
Constituent said that the neighbor has a basketball goal that is in the street and in front of her yard/driveway. She said that it was a danger and has almost been hit multiple times. Address of owners of basketball goal is 3712 W. Parkview Drive. May need to be referred to neighborhood compliance officer.
Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. line of sight at E Creeks Edge Dr and Sare Rd
There is a visibility issue on the SW corner of Maxwell Street & Thornton Drive. The house on the corner built a fence around the property and planted trees on the outside which has caused a visibility issue for someone going north on Thornton looking to the west on Maxwell.
Pulling out of alley near 1117 S. Rogers is dangerous because of all the overgrowth.
A citizen contacted the Street Department regarding vegetation blocking the line of sight at 414 South Meadowbrook Drive
There is a line of sight issue for traffic coming off of Huntington turning East onto Hillside Drive.
There is a line of sight issue for traffic turning off of Huntington turning to go west on Miller Drive.
