There is trash all over the back yard. Birds have gotton into recycling bags. McDonald's sacks are laying around. Front yard has trash also. This is believed to be over occupied because there is always at least three cars parked and people are sleeping on mattresses in the living room.

There was a T.V. put out for pickup. Sanitation left a notice that they could not pick up T.V.'s.

Mr. Resch stated that his cable reception is terrible and has been for some time. Mr. Resch stated that he did not receive a satisfactory response when speaking to customer service. Mr. Resch stated that repair would not be able to come to his home for more than one week and was given a 4 hour timetable for service.
