Excessive Growth: Request
Phone Call: There is trash all over the back yard. Birds have gotton into recycling bags. McDonald's sacks are laying around. Front yard has trash also. This is believed to be over occupied because there is always at least three cars parked and people are sleeping on mattresses in the living room.
