Letter: Letter received from James A. Swinson stated that he received certified letter re. a delinquent account for his former tenant (Tyler Collier) for property at 1417 S. Monon. Mr. Swinson does not think he should be responsible for former tenant's account since he was not notified in a timely fashion.
