The resident next door at 2222 E. Covenanter Drive has problems getting out of her driveway. Her visibility is obstructed to the left with her neighbor's trees/bushes growing over into the road. Was assigned to Matt Smethurst. Is a private drive, not in the right of way.

there is a mountain of trash in the back yard. it is visible from Grimes lane and also from the alleyway in the S. Dunn St. project. please call her back when you have checked this complaint.
There is trash all in the yard, old furniture in the back yard that you can see from the alley. They have very high weeds in the back that have falled into the alleyway.
lots of trash being put out including a small refrigerator. trash day is not until Friday
There are a couple of piles of shrubs and brush in the backyard that has not been removed for several months. The grass is high and the weeds are overgrown on the fence line. The citizen stated that she had called in about this in the summer (see attached complaint).
