There is all kinds of construction debris in the yard - -- the caller claims there are new tenants living there. There are even cans of paint in the yard in which the calller feels should be removed because the little kids in the neighborhood might drink them.
There are tow houses behind the Elk's Lodge on the corner of 8th and walnut. Between those two houses there is trash that is piling up and spilling over onto the alley.

Citizen states that if you are going east on Davis Street and turn to go north on Henderson there is a hedge that obstructs your line of sight. The property has changed ownership and the former owner trimmed the hedge. The people there now have not trimmed it and it has grown up pretty far.
Dumpster overflowing again in the alley near 416 N. Lincoln St. There is so much trash that you can't get thru the alley. American Sunbelt is responsible for having the dumpster emptied. (work with Jason)
