Caller identified a large pothole near the manhole on Jackson Street, between 17th Street and the 1st alley on the west. Chandler Automotive says the asphalt in the alley is City property and there are potholes there as well. Apologies for the inexact location. Thanks for your help.

Someone called OOTM and wanted to file a complaint about a big bump in the road on Kirkwood headed east towards Elm St. The description they left made it sound like it was not a pothole.
Caller stated accessory structure fell a couple of years ago and has not been picked up. Tires and other junk surrounding it.
