This citezens neighbor has weeds and grass over a foot tall. They have had problems getting these neighbors to mow their lawn in the past . Every year they have to call and complain about the grass to get it mowed. The owner with the tall grass is Masrim Aslami. This property is the only vacant lot in this culdasack. The complaintant is not sure what the exact address is.

are eroding, below drain level. She has paid to have them taken care of, but it is not working.
What can happen? Can city, does city, take care of these matters?

Message taken by Mary Ellen, Planning Dept. Bierce has a drainage problem on the north side of his property. The runoff is going into his basement. He feels that it is coming from Yancy Motor Sales.

NOT A COMPLAINT, A COMMENDATION, RE: PEOPLES PARK. Was very pleased with the Peoples Park design, was a little worried about hedge and people stepping over it and damaging it. Hopes grass seed rather than sod is used. When the time comes would be interested in donating see, bulbs, small tree or something along those lines.

OTHER/SAID SHE WAS PROMISED A RECYCLE BIN LAST WEEK AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT. SHE'S VERY UPSET ABOUT IT. SHE HAD BORROWED HER NEIGHBORS BIN, SO I EXPLAINED THAT IF THE GUYS SAY A BIN AT HER RESIDENCE, THEY PROBABLY WOULD NOT LEAVE ANOTHER ONE THERE. CALLED BACK ON 5-1-98 AND SAID THANK YOU FOR "GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND " TO DELIVER HER RECYCLING BIN THIS MORNING. SHE FELT BAD FOR COMPLAINING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
