TODAY, (01/21/98) MR SMITH STOPPED IN TO SAY THAT THE DIPSTICK WAS THE PROBLEM. HEATER IS A GAS HEATER AND IS LESS THAN 3 YRS OLD.

Ms. Marchant included a photo of large pile of leaves to explain why she could not possibly bag her leaves but that they need to be picked up by city trucks. (FYI--Letterhead stated address as "woodscrest" however, GIS only shows Woodcrest, hence the difference between location address and citizen address.)
