Citizen says crews broke the handle off his brand new rubbermaid trash can this morning. Says he's "tired of guys throwing the lids and cans all over the place." Says the handle could have been snapped back on but was apparently thrown out, wants can replaced. He will set damaged can out for Ken to look at.

Subscriber says he inadvertently missed paying his December bill by a few days and was charged a late fee of $3.50 on an $11.26 bill (the bill was low due to a TCI overbilling error the previous month). Understands he missed the due date but thinks it is ridiculous and unfair that he should be charged so high a fee on so small a bill. TCI took care of the billing misunderstanding.
