Excessive Growth

Complainant called to report that the vacant house located at 1401 S. Rogers appears to be unsafe, is badly unkept and she believes that homeless people are entering the house at night. She owns the rental next to it (1405 S. Rogers) and states that because of the overall condition of the house it effects her ability to attract good renters. She would like to the owners contacted that have been do something about the condition of the property. Please contact her re status.

MS. NICHOLSON STATED THAT WHEN FIRST TURNED ON IN THE MORNING THE WATER COMING OUT OF HER BATHROOM AND KITCHEN FAUCETS SMELLS LIKE SEWER. THIS IS IN A TRAILER PARK, AND ONE OF HER TENANTS COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME THING. MS. NICHOLSON WOULD LIKE HER WATER TESTED.
