Trailer has several junk vehicles which have not moved for 2 years. There is a car under a tarp, a RV, and three other vehicles with prices on them. Very unsightly.

Mrs. Werner called in regard to the Halloween activities that are provided by the City. She really liked the "Enchanted Forest", and feels that the current events scheduled center too much on horror, murder and overall negative ideas for children, especially young children! "When you see what's going on with children/young adults these days, the last thing the City needs to be doing is promoting such evil activity." She would like to see Halloween activities to be more like the "E.F.".
Sue Ann Inman received telephone call from Donita Hadley - HT "Hot Line" column. Donita had receive a call from a CBU customer who uses bottled water for drinking. Customer says drinking bottled water is getting expensive. Wanted information about how to test CBU drinking water for her use.
Mr. Alcorn is upset about vendor trucks parking on 3rd Street to deliver goods. He believes that they should not block one lane. He said the truck was parked at 631 East 3rd street- which does not have a alley behind the house. They also have a small parking lot.
Caller lives next to Bryan Park. She called on 9/22 to report a lot of trash at the park. She was told it would be taken care of immediately (see action#6691). She says there is still a lot of trash! Talking about the Park & Ride area.

Ms. Pitcher is upset that she has been billed $75 for water usage in the last month. She said she is a single woman, and could never use that much water in a month! She said she did water her lawn/flowers in September, because it was still warm enough. She said she spoke w/ Utilities, and they told her the Utilities Board could extend the Summer Water program, and did not.
Water has an "earthy" taste.
