Trash problems and grass not mowed. Caller states that two mentally handicapped men live at the property and she believes the property to be unsafe, unsanitary and very unhealthy for the residents.

Problem is actually a Billiard on the square. Trash and bottles are in the alley behind the business where thr delivery trucks are.
Junk vehicles parked on the property is an eyesore for the whole neighborhood. Caller would like to see it cleaned up.
