Received a call on 5/16/17 from the property owner regarding a possible sinkhole /drainage issue. She asked if we could do a site visit to determine what if anything could be done about it. The property is a vacant lot on the SE corner of N Ramble Rd W and Kenler Dr in Blue Ridge Estates; and just N of her residence at 3114 N Ramble Rd W.

Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.
