Received a call on 5/16/17 from the property owner regarding a possible sinkhole /drainage issue. She asked if we could do a site visit to determine what if anything could be done about it. The property is a vacant lot on the SE corner of N Ramble Rd W and Kenler Dr in Blue Ridge Estates; and just N of her residence at 3114 N Ramble Rd W.
Mr. Haffener called to report that a crew started laying blacktop on his street over a month ago, and left their equipment and haven't been back. The address is 2505 Newport Ct.
Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.
Complaint of pothole on Union St. between 3rd St. and Atwater Avenue. Not sure which lane that was in, but constituent can be called for a more specific location.
Caller reported that meter #7673 is taking coins but not registering time.

A woman named Ava Grubb called and asked to talk to someone about the condition of local cemeteries. She said she is especially concerned about one cemetery in particular, but did not want to give specifics.
