Citizen called to complain that neighbor is operating a business out of his home in a residential area. Neighbor has signs, increased traffic and has blocked the street with his trailers. Other residents are concerned and she wanted to know how to tell them to file a ureport.

I believe I have foundation issues that are damaging my apartment (that the maintenance people simply patched over without my knowledge, entering my apartment without my knowledge), a faulty heater, and mold in my vents and possibly air ducts that the BHA has all overlooked over the past year I’ve lived here. The mold has made me sick, i have to restart the heater in the middle of the night in the fall and winter when I wake up and realize it’s 50 degrees in my apartment, and the walls are celebrating from the 2nd story ceiling, the ground floor tiling, and the top of the staircase is starting to warp. I am disabled and have a toddler and they haven’t taken me seriously over here issues. I don’t feel safe in my own home and I have nowhere else to go. Tenant called to say no action has been taken. Additional issues include foundation problems, heater not working properly and extensive mold issues. Complaint inspect. sch. 11/15/21 (MON) @ 1:30 w/JH. Mgmt. notified.
