Caller states that there is a rolled up carpet, computer & old chair in the side yard. Lumber and metal in the back yard and general trash scattered about the entire property. Caller also stated that there is no construction going on at the premises.

On Tapp Road, north of roundabout (this was a different person calling in regard to same problem) retention pond is blocked and ready to overflow.
On Tapp road at the roundabout, on the North side of the road, a retention pond is not draining, and is ready to flood.
