There is an apartment complex beside 718 West Dodds that has a dumpster that is always over-run with trash. There is bags everywhere on the ground, dirty diapers, beer bottles, and now mice.

THERE ARE TREES IN THE ALLEY BEHIND THIS LOT THAT NEED CUT BACK. THEY ARE SCRATCHING THE SIDE OF HIS TRUCK WHEN HE DRIVES TO HIS GARAGE. THERE ARE ALSO WEEDS AND GRASS THAT ARE VERY TALL IN THIS LOT. THE LOT IS LOCATED BETWEEN SUMMIT, 11TH , MONROE, & COTTAGE GROVE ACCORDING TO THE COMPLAINTANT IT IS SURROUNDED BY STREETS.
Continuing problems with at Steeplechase Apts. The complex wasn't ready to move into to begin with; the friveway isn't paved, and other problems exist.
