Customer's address is 2102 E Wimbleton. I spoke w/ customer on 12/27/13 and advised him to contact Renee Rose in the Risk Dept and provided him with her contact #.
Trash all around property. Caller states people who lived there moved out and left a mess inside and out.
Customer was concerned about water running down the road on west 2nd, between b-line trail and Rogers Street.

I received a call from Ms. Toon because her rental home had received 5 to 6 inches of sewage in the basement during the storm this weekend. She said she thought this had been fixed by the city when we did our project on Wimbleton and she thinks the city should be responsible for all the expenses she is incurring. She wanted to sell the house but she won't be able to because of this issue.
Customer asked that a supervisor call him. He had some questions in regard to some sewer lines.
Customer said a manhole cover is missing in the parking lot.
Customer would like the storm drain in front of his house cleaned off.
