On Morningside, across from Park Ridge East Park (close to tennis and basketball courts) there was a speed limit sign. When the signs were switched out with new speed limit, this one was not replaced, and now there is no sign and the traffic flies.

neighbor called stating that their are 4 cars and there is always someone parked on the grass.
There are several residents (houses) at 2309 n headley. There is a trash can sitting in front of one of these houses and been there for quite some time now.
