THE GRASS IS TOO TALL - THE WEEDS ARE ABOUT 3 FEET HIGH. "IT'S OUT OF CONTROL!"
This house is extremely trashy. There are junk piles everywhere.
THE GRASS IS 2 FEET HIGH IN THE BACK YARD, AND THE FRONT YARD IS 1 FOOT HIGH.
MANHOLE NEEDS LOWERED THEN STREET DEPT WILL ASPHALT AROUND IT
LOW WATER PRESSURE
WATER HESITATES BEFORE IT COMES OUT OF FAUCET. AIR??
THERE HAS BEEN LEAVES AND TRASH PILED UP IN THE BACK YARD. IT SMELLS SO BAD YOU CAN'T GO OUTSIDE.
McCammon called in regarding a line of sight problem at S. Rogers & Cherokee Drive. As you are pulling onto S. Rogers Street from Cherokee you can not see vehicles coming south on Rogers due to pine tree limbs.
Mitchell stated that there is only one "No Parking" sign located in front of 1400 (the south side of street). The street is very narrow and traffic should not be allowed on both sides. The house to the south of 1402 is possibly a rental and vehicles are parking on the north side causing a dangerous situation. Could there be "No Parking" on the north side also. Please note the Utilities Dept. did work in this area recenlty.
