caller said this property has lots of trash on the back deck and can be seen from the alley. packing peanuts have blown all over the neighbor hood from this property.

this property is trashy all of the time. this complaint comes from the adjacent property owner. there are lots of cars some may be parked on the grass. in the summer the grass doesn't get mowed regularly.
